We are bursting with excitement this morning for two great reasons!!

The first reason is that Gadzira New Media is being represented by Duan Coetzee (CEO of AdMakers International & CEO of Gadzira New Media) at the International Property Awards which are taking place in London, England. Duan is there to collect a number of awards that Admakers International has won in this year’s International Property Awards but more importantly he is there to collect Gadzira New Media’s first award from the world renowned International Property Awards.

The International Property Awards recognise excellence in not only property development but also property marketing including the websites involved in ensuring the successful sales of the properties that make up these developments.

It is for this reason that Gadzira New Media will receive an award in the category of Best Developer Website for the Eden Island, Seychelles property development (http://www.edenisland.sc/) which we have been notified has won but we have not yet been informed of the level of award the website has been awarded. We are holding our thumbs for Gold but at this level we are just extremely proud to have made it so far already!

The Eden Island website is a thorough resource for all prospect purchasers of the property development and includes a number of innovative tools to aid in the sales process. The site makes use of cutting edge technologies such as Flash, ASP.NET2, AJAX, SQL and XML to ensure that it offers interactivity without compromising the users’ experience.

The second reason we are so excited is because interestingly we also happen to be our own stiffest competition in the form of a website we created for Admakers International that is also in the running for Best Developer Website. The website for the Shakespeare Place Two (http://www.coolsp2.co.za/) development in Johannesburg, South Africa is an interactive flash website which was developed for Admakers International by Gadzira New Media.
